Shipping and Returns

Please refer to the information below if you need to return or exchange goods. If your questions are not answered here, please call the Freedoms Shop directly on +44 (0)20 7685 5977 or send us an email using the form in the Contact Us page.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched on the day the order is received, if received before midday. If received after midday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday – Friday). Unless otherwise notified, all orders will be dispatched by second class Royal Mail delivery. We only deliver to UK addresses.

In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 30 days, we will contact you to offer a refund, a revised delivery date, or, where applicable, substitute goods.

Cancelling Orders and Refunds

You can cancel your order, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund (including shipping costs where applicable), in the following circumstances:

·      You cancel within 7 days of your order being confirmed in writing by Freedoms Shop. [Order confirmation is made by email from Freedoms Shop to the address you submitted to Freedoms Shop during the account set up process.]

·      You cancel within 8 days of receipt of goods.

Your Obligations When Cancelling An Order

Cancellation must be made in writing, by fax or email to the address shown on your invoice/packing slip or on the Contact Us page of the website.

You are responsible for the safe return of cancelled goods. Goods should be returned undamaged within 30 days of cancellation with their original packaging. If you fail to return the goods and Freedoms is forced to make arrangements for collection, we will charge you the direct cost of recovery. If you return the goods with insufficient postage, Freedoms Shop will charge you any postal fees incurred in accepting the package.

You have a statutory duty to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. All our condoms are supplied in clear plastic bags, to enable you to examine and clearly identify that the goods you receive are those ordered. For hygiene and safety reasons, we request that you do not open or handle any of the goods received if you intend to cancel your order and make a return.

Returning Faulty Goods or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely circumstance that your order is damaged or the goods are faulty, you should contact Freedoms Shop by phone on 020 7685 5977 or email freedoms.shop@nhs.net as soon as possible after receiving the goods.

A full refund will be offered for faulty goods and Freedoms Shop will refund the cost of returning goods or arrange for the goods to be collected.

Where the goods received are either incomplete or incorrect, please contact Freedoms by phone or email as soon as possible after receiving the goods. Freedoms will dispatch any missing items and refund the cost of returning any incorrect items. Alternatively, you may return the order for a full refund, in which case Freedoms Shop will refund the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

When a refund(s) is offered, it can only be made to the card which was used to purchase the original goods. You will receive the refund within 30 days.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
